Express Entry Consultant – Your Pathway to Permanent Residency in Canada

The Express Entry Canada system is the country’s leading immigration pathway for skilled professionals who want to become permanent residents. It’s fast, transparent, and based on merit – not luck. Managed by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), this online system ranks candidates against each other and invites the most qualified to apply for permanent residence.

Whether you’re currently working in Canada on a temporary visa or living abroad, Express Entry Canada offers a clear route to settling here permanently. At Woodstone Immigration Services, we help you understand the process, strengthen your profile, and submit a complete application with confidence.

Success Stories from Clients Who Trusted Our Express Entry Services

How the Canada Express Entry System Works

The Canada Express Entry System uses a points‑based ranking tool called the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS). Candidates are scored on factors like age, education, work experience, language ability (English/French), and additional assets such as a valid job offer or a provincial nomination.

Regular “draws” are held by IRCC, and candidates with the highest CRS scores receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for permanent residency. Once you have an ITA, you have a limited time to submit a full application.

A trusted Express Entry Consultant can help you avoid costly mistakes. At Woodstone Immigration Services, our Express Entry Services include guiding you through every stage – from eligibility check to final submission.

Three Federal Programs Under the Canada Express Entry Process

Canadian Experience Class (CEC)

Ideal for those who have already worked in Canada on a temporary work permit – including international graduates and foreign workers. Your Canadian work experience gives you a strong advantage.

Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP)

Designed for professionals with foreign work experience. Your education, language scores, and past roles are evaluated to see how well you’ll contribute to Canada’s economy.

A great fit for qualified tradespeople in fields like construction, manufacturing, or industrial maintenance. This program helps Canada fill essential skill shortages.

Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP)

Not sure which program fits you? Our team at Woodstone Immigration Services will assess your profile and recommend the best option.

What Is a Bridging Open Work Permit (BOWP)?

If you’ve already applied for permanent residence through Canada express entry consultancy and your current work permit is about to expire, you may be eligible for a Bridging Open Work Permit (BOWP). This allows you to continue working legally while IRCC processes your PR application – no gaps, no stress.

We help you determine if you qualify and submit the BOWP application correctly.

How Our Express Entry Consultant Can Help

Navigating the Canada Express Entry System on your own can be overwhelming. One missing document or a miscalculated CRS score can delay your application – or worse, lead to a refusal.

That’s where we come in. Our licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) will:

Check If You Are Eligible for Express Entry

Use this simple checklist to see if you meet the basic requirements. A Canada Express Entry consultant can also help you review your profile in detail.

Skilled Work Experience

You need at least one year of skilled work experience in a TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3 job. This can be full‑time or an equal amount of part‑time work, gained inside or outside Canada.

Language Abilities

Take an approved language test. For the Federal Skilled Worker Program, you need CLB 7. For the Canadian Experience Class, the requirement is CLB 5 or 7, depending on your job’s TEER level.

Education

For the Federal Skilled Worker Program, you need at least a high school diploma. If you studied outside Canada, you must get an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) to prove equivalency.

Proof of Funds & Admissibility

Federal Skilled Worker applicants must show settlement funds (minimum $15,263 for a single person in 2025). You and your family also need to pass medical and security checks.

Not sure if you check every box?

That’s exactly why our express entry services exist. As your dedicated Express Entry consultant, we’ll give you a clear yes/no answer – and a plan to move forward.
